Automatic Single-Head Tube Filling Machine (Linear Type):

  • Legend Automatic Tube Filling Machine is specially designed for filling as well as sealing of plastic and shielded tubes. Our machine is provided with the reliable blow off devices and tail cutting arrangements. The crucial advantages of this machine are high productivity, low energy consumption, simple and safe operation, low cost, strong stability and easy maintenance. The machine offers automatic warning (Audio-visual Alarm Annunciation System) on failure or abnormal function.
  • The plant is set to auto tube feed operation with Solid state no tube no fill device mechanism to avoid wastage. The in-built mechanisms perform various processes such as Tube washing (pneumatic) and feeding marking identification, filling, folding, sealing, code printing and finished product output.
  • Some of the improved features include Tube orientation device incorporating photo sensors, stepper motor and controller, Cassette in-feed device incorporating vacuum tilter for automatic loading of tubes, Automatic cream level sensing device, Inert gas injection device before or after filling etc. Our machine is Suitable to fill 0.5hm-300gm of Ointments, Liquids, Pastes, etc.

  • Legend Pilot\Single Vessel Ointment\Cream Manufacturing Plant is a single vessel ointment manufacturing plant for mixing, emulsifying and producing very fine emulsions/ suspensions.
  • The main mixer is made of the option between semi-Contra/ Contra Rotary/ Planetary/ Anchor type mixing vessel with vacuum facility and jacketed for heating/ cooling requirements. Agitation assembly is driven by suitable geared motor with speed range of 0-60 RPM continuously variable through AC Frequency Controller. The primary advantage of the agitator design is that there is no bottom support for the agitation with PTFE bush, resulting in faster & much more effective cleaning cycles than a conventional agitation system.
  • The Hydraulic lifting lid for Manufacturing vessel is provided with sight glass, Light glass with focus light, Oil phase & water phase inlet and Vacuum nozzle with safety valve/ vacuum gauge & vent.
  • Our Pilot Ointment manufacturing plant delivers 99.5% process accuracy which will be helpful during process validation and scaling up for regular production and our plant is available in Capacities ranging from 25 kg. to 1000 kg.

  • Legend Automatic Ointment Manufacturing Plants are used for mixing, emulsifying and producing very fine emulsions/ suspensions with excellent homogeneity and thereby ensuring stability of the mixed product. The Ointment Manufacturing vessel is provided with anchor type of stirrer along with Teflon scrapper at the ends, the agitator is driven by dual speed motor.
  • The combined action of horizontal blade and specially designed anchor ensures most efficient mixing with shearing action of homogenizer, important when working with viscous products. A built-in high speed emulsifier ensures proper emulsification of the ointment, while an advanced PLC control panel controls the time of emulsification with the aid of timers. Special scrappers are provided for transfer of the complete product and to avoid wastage.
  • The entire Plant can be operated by centralised operating panel by one operator.
